1. Enter the customer ID code (or enter a mask of several customers) for whom this ship to address is being created. If a customer ship to address has already been assigned to a customer, a Select An Alternative window will appear with the following options:
Select ADD ADDRESS to add another customer ship to address for the customer or select EXIT to add a customer ship to address to another customer.

2. The Address ID field will default to "NEW". The ID will be assigned when the customer ship to address is added to the system.
3. At the Type field, select the type of address: F = Free Form, or X = Regular. The Free Form address is a one-time address that must be entered each time it is used. Regular is a saved, reusable address that is selected from a Select A Ship To Address window during a sales order entry.
4. Enter the name, contact, address 1 and two, city, state, and zip. Enter N (N=no) if you do not need to add a country to the address for this address; enter Y (Y=yes) to add a country for this address. If Y (Y=yes) is entered, a Country window will appear. Enter the name of the country and press Enter.
5. Enter the DUNS ID number for this address, if any. (Only available for "Regular" type of ship to addresses.)
6. Enter the phone number for this address
7. Enter the email address of the ship to address that would be used for eMessage communications.
8. Command options will appear:
Select Add to add the ship to address to the system.
8. You will be positioned in the customer field again in order to add another ship to address. Press Enter to exit.
